Sam, is the most dedicated realtor I have ever met. She first helped us find renters for our property when the military moved us. Four years later she helped us sell that same house. She was so helpful and did everything for us since we were in Texas. She made sure to clean my house, went to the store and bought things to fix small things, met with maintenance people so we could get the house ready for sale. She will go above and beyond to help you on your journey.

Selling our home for a long distance move Sam was the best, from stopping by to let the dog out for a showing to coming over in her slippers to let us in when we were locked out, LOL !!!! Samantha was the BEST! After helping to get the house ready(declutter and staged with her help,) she advertised and had an open house. It sold, with a big profit I might add. She also assisted me to buy a home: gathered lots of listings and helped me tour until we found the perfect place. She was able to point out things about the house that we wouldn’t have noticed ourselves, and it made us feel comfortable we were making a sound decision. Throughout the closing process, she kept us updated and was with us every step of the way. Moving a family cross country is no easy task. Samantha went above and beyond and was very accommodating. She is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. She is definitely a great realtor who is also an incredible asset to the community.

Our family had been searching several years in a specific community we wanted to live in. It is a highly desirable community and homes sell fast. We also had a very specific list of must haves that made the search hard. I gave the list to Samantha, within a month I got a message she found out perfect home. Doubtful, I clicked on the link and realized she had listened and met all the must have and then some. Two days later we viewed the home and made an offer. There were multiple offers within a 24-hour period. She went above and beyond writing a letter about our family to the seller's and included it with the offer. Our offer was accepted and we are now living in our perfect home in our dream community!!

Sam was an absolute lifesaver as my wife and I entered into the home buying and selling process. Any house we wanted to see, she made it happen around our schedule. After we found our forever home, Sam found our home a buyer and answered every question we had. She also took the time to explain things as we went through the negotiations processes on both ends. Unfortunately, we ran into a sketchy situation with a home inspector and Sam was quick to question their report and had her own inspector verify that the report was flawed. Saved us a thousands of dollars. Even after closing, Sam has continued to be there to answer questions and is always able to be reached by phone. Definitely an amazing find and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
